Honeywell Voyager 1202g manual for local inventory use

Setup

Use the bar codes from the manual (see N drive, manuals)

Page 6-2: scan Prefix Selections  PREBK2 to Add Prefix.

From the codes in the appendix, scan in the following order:

6 2  (this selects Code 39)

6 E  (this sets prefix n )

3 A  (this sets prefix : colon)

Save (MNUSAV)

This will prefix all the numbers input to output with n: in front of them, suitable for inventory procedure.

(This appears to hold from time to time, at least if power is not lost).

Set Inventory Mode

Page 3-11: scan Inventory Batch Mode  BATENA2 to set so it stores data but does not send yet, even if in range of base charger.

Scan Barcodes

Transmit Records

Open receiving document.

Page 3-15: scan Transmit Inventory Records  BAT-TX

When complete, scan Clear All Codes  BATCLR to delete data from batch mode.

This should not affect the prefix settings.
